In 2005 I brought together a collective of established and upcoming designers to design responses to the theme of sustainability. The critically acclaimed exhibition TEN won a number of awards and was repeated for another 4 years at 100% Design, dealing with other themes such as “WOOD” and “Digital Fabrication”, winning more accolades in the process and partnering with 2021 and The Crafts Council in the process.
In the first year I also designed the exhibition space that functioned as both display and meeting area on a minimal budget. Constructed from Bee Board cardboard sheet and using Renewal Carpet Tiles (both sponsors of the project) TEN went on to win The Blueprint / 100% Design “Best Contribution to Show” Award.
