I’m a designer, researcher and problem-solver with 15 years experience helping organisations in the UK and New Zealand. I spend a chunk of time as Service Innovation Director in one of New Zealand’s leading customer experience agencies, DNA.

Outside of DNA, I work with people and companies on projects that excite me and align to my personal interests and values. It’s a space where I can collaborate with friends, aspirational companies and trusted partners and constantly challenge my own ideas and thinking.
